Need a hand with DodoDeck? Contact us at support@dododeck.app. Include your Windows version and a brief description of what happened. Please do not send your full license key in a public message.

Install and try DodoDeck

DodoDeck runs on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11; there is no macOS version. The first 14 days include every feature. After the trial, your cards, Rough Pages, and archive remain available to read, but editing needs a license.

Activate your license

1. After purchasing, find the license key in the email from Dodo Payments. Check your spam folder and the email address you used at checkout if you cannot find it.
2. In DodoDeck, choose “Already purchased? Enter license key” and enter the key.
3. Connect to the internet for activation and license verification. Your cards and notes otherwise work offline.

If activation fails, check the key for typing errors and confirm the device is online. If it still fails, email support@dododeck.app with the purchase email, order details, and the error message.

Using another computer

One purchase works on up to three of your own Windows devices. Install the app on the other computer and enter the same license key. If you reach the device limit, contact support@dododeck.app with your purchase email and order details so we can review the activations with you.

Your notes and files

Your cards, Rough Pages, attachments, and archive are stored locally, not in a DodoDeck account. Use the app’s export/import option for a .dododeck file when moving your work or keeping a backup. You can also share a card as an image. We cannot restore notes from our servers because we do not receive them.

Purchases and refunds

Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments. Purchases are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy. For billing errors, contact support@dododeck.app with your purchase email and order details.
